Good to know before you book
How fast do I get my photos?
Edited photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot in most cases. Aerial video may take slightly longer depending on edit complexity.
What if it's too windy or rainy for the drone?
Aerial shoots depend on safe flying conditions. If weather doesn't cooperate on the scheduled day, the aerial portion gets rescheduled at no extra charge — the home shoot can usually still go ahead as planned.
Are you licensed to fly a drone commercially?
Yes — all aerial work is flown under a licensed remote pilot with insured commercial drone operations, in line with FAA rules for real estate photography.
What format are the photos delivered in?
You'll get full-resolution JPEGs for print and marketing, plus MLS/Zillow-sized exports so they're ready to upload without extra editing on your end.
Do you travel outside the towns listed on the site?
The core service area is the South Shore of Nassau County — Long Beach, Lido Beach, Island Park, Oceanside, Atlantic Beach, East Rockaway, Rockville Centre and Lynbrook. Reach out about other Nassau County locations; most nearby areas can be accommodated.
